Transpersonal means the interconnection of the Body, Mind and Energy (Spirit) working together. This is a wholeness therapy or also named as a holistic approach, which means addressing mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs. Transpersonal therapy goes beyond the individual mind to consider the deep connections between all of the three-dimensional consciousness levels. To facilitate healing and growth, transpersonal therapy places great emphasis on honesty, open-mindedness, and self-awareness on the part of the therapist as well as the client. 

Recognizing the whole person on a physical, emotional, mental, intuitive, and energy (spiritual) level, there is an emphasis on the innate spiritual resources within each individual, along with the belief that the guidance of the superconscious mind will prevail within the corrective relationship, bringing into accord those insights and experiences that lead to the client's highest good. It will help relate experiences within a person's life as a meaningful part of a personal development in which an individual can have the opportunity to grow into a greater sense of who they can be at this new level of conscious awareness.

Transpersonal therapy is used to treat anxiety, depression, addictions, phobias, and other mood and behavioral problems. Those who are open to exploring their spiritual side, becoming more spiritually aware, or finding a spiritual path, or who are having trouble finding meaning in their life, may benefit from transpersonal therapy. With the therapist's guidance, you will find, build, and expand on your inner strengths and resources to create a more balanced life and a healthier state of mind.
